A: “Favorites” is a feature we designed to give our customers a way to customize the content of our site. With thousands of DVD titles being released each year, it can be hard to stay on top of all of the new releases. Favorites allow you to select what aspects of entertainment you like most and be notified when new releases that interest you come out.

For instance, if you really enjoy Jenna Jameson, you can add her to your Favorites and be notified anytime a DVD is released with Jenna Jameson in it. Or if you really like Private Studios, you can add that Studio to your Favorites and receive an email with a list of all the new Private titles added to our system. And not only will we notify you, but we’ll also send you a coupon so you can save on your next purchase.

A: You can add the following to your favorites:

• Genres - (All Girl, Amateur, Bondage, Voyeurism, etc.)
• Sub-Genres - (Themes, Series, Compilations, etc.)
• Performers/Artists/Writers - (Jenna Jameson, Tera Patrick, Monica Mayhem, etc.)
• Studio Stores - (Digital Playground, Private, Zero Tolerance, etc.)

A: Favorites allow you to re-organize our site to meet your specific tastes. Once you log in to your account, you can use your Favorites as your own personal Blue Door homepage. As well as customizing our site, Favorites can help you save CASH$$$! Every email we send you will include a coupon for your next purchase.

A: We will send you an email when there is an Update to one of your Favorites along with a coupon so you can save on your favorite titles. You can subscribe to the Favorites mailing list at any time.

To Subscribe to the Favorites emails:

1. Click the 'Your Account' in the upper right corner of all our the pages.
2. Click on 'Notification Options' in the left nav bar.
3. Make sure the “Favorites List” box is checked and then click the 'Update' button.

A: We will send you an email when there is an Update to one of your Favorites until you request to be removed from the list.

A: You can unsubscribe from the Favorites mailing list at any time.

To Unsubscribe from the Favorites mailing list:

1. Click the 'Your Account' in the upper right corner of all our the pages.
2. Click on 'Notification Options' in the left nav bar.
3. Make sure the “Favorites List” box is NOT checked and then click the 'Update' button.

A: Almost every product on our sites can be added to your Favorites. While browsing the site, you will notice buttons that say 'Add to Favorites.' . Click the link and that Genre, Performer, Studio, etc. will be added to your Favorites.

1. Adding a Genre to your Favorites:
   Click the 'DVD' tab at the top of the site to view the DVD homepage. On the left toolbar you'll see a variety of 'Genres' listed. Click the first one. This takes you to all of the DVDs classified under that genre. At the top of that page, you will see a link that says 'add to favorites.' Clicking that link will add the entire genre to your Favorites. Next time a title(s) releases in that Genre, we will send you an email listing all of the new releases that were added to that genre and a coupon for your next purchase.
2. Adding a Performer to your Favorites:
   Click on any product on our site. You will be brought to the item description page for that product. In the 'Film Information' section of the page, you will see a list of performers. Click on any name and you will be taken to that performers filmography page. At the top of this page is an 'add to favorites' link. Click that link and you will add that performer to your Favorites. Next time the performer has a movie release, we will send you an email detailing their latest work and a coupon for your next purchase.

A: In order to edit your Favorites:

1. Click the 'Your Account' link at the top of any page.
2. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not have an account with us, you will have to set one up.
3. Click the 'Favorites' link in the left nav bar.
4. Your Favorites page allows you to view your customized 'Favorites Homepage' and remove any or all of the Favorites that you have selected.
