Submit by Phone or Fax - Call or fax your Credit Card to us.
During the Checkout process, simply select 'Check/MO' and complete your Order as usual.
You will receive further instructions at the end of the Checkout process.
When you choose to pay with a Credit Card, we will also ask for your card's CVV2 number.
A CVV2 number (3 or 4 digits) is a security code used to verify you are in possession of the card.

MasterCard/Visa/Discover: The CVV2 number is printed (not embossed) in reverse italics just above the signature panel on the back of your card.
American Express: The CVV2 number is printed (not embossed) just above the Credit Card numbers on the front of your card.
