When returning a product, please follow the instructions below.

Fill out the appropriate return information on the back of the original Invoice you received in your shipment.
If you lost your Invoice, click here to print a Return Form.

Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items.
We will NOT accept return shipments in an envelope.

Include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Mail your package to:

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for processing after we have received your return.

After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information.

Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
|

|
You must fill out the Return Form in its entirety and include it with your Return. If you lost your Invoice, click here to print a Return Form.

|
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
|
|
|
Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
|
|
|
Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
|
|
|
ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
|
|
|
We do NOT pay for postage on returns of unopened items.
|
|
|
Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
|
|
|
International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
|
|
|
Promotional Items cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.
|
|
|
If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
|
|
|
Global Priority Shipping: Returns will only be accepted for items with a manufacturer defect. The item will be replaced with the same item and no credits or refunds will be issued.
|
|
|
If you return Adult products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances.
|
|
|
Non-defective novelties may not be returned for any reason.
|
|
|
Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.
|
|
|
Certain Lingerie and Costumes are EXCLUDED From Returns or Exchanges:
- Panties (Please note: due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to accept returns on panties or any items that cover the crotch.)
- Items that have been worn
- Items with tags removed
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Items with human and/or animal pet hair
- Items with stains
- Items not returned in original packaging
Please Note: If we receive any of the above items that are not eligible for returns we will return the items to the customer at the customer's expense.
